Mark Smith is a former professional athlete who has experience
in physical therapy and soft tissue injuries. Mark is a graduate of Lee University and has been involved in the design,
manufacturing and certifications of the Xtreme Relief Thermal Compression System.
Jeff Mottershaw,
Head Engineer/R&D, Vice President
Jeff Mottershaw is a former Naval Electronics Specialist who maintained equipment for the U. S. Navy Seals. He has also worked for
a national communications company maintaining communication equipment for law enforcement agencies in Texas and Louisiana. Jeff
is considered the "brain" in formulating the process that enables the Xtreme Relief Thermal Compression System to create heat.
George Fitts,
Financial Officer .
George Fitts is a longtime Resident of East Texas who is highly
successful in managing the financial operations of large corporations.
George is a University of Texas graduate who has had years of experience in the oil industry.
Not only is George one of the most respected individuals in East Texas, but he is an entrepreneur.
Dr. Doug Duncan
,
Orthopedic Surgeon,
Officer/Consultant.
Dr. Duncan is a University of Texas Graduate whose medical career
has spanned over 20 years. Dr. Duncan is one of the top surgeons
in East Texas and is one of the most respected. He is a pillar of the community with patients that travel many miles for his expertise.
